AZSBC Grant Request Form

We recognize that churches have been hit hard by the COVID-19 Crisis! In an effort to help churches that may experience financial crisis as a result of this crisis, we have established a fund to help with critical needs related to making building or rent payments, paying utilities, or paying pastor/staff. The following form is available for Arizona Southern Baptist Churches to apply for grants for assistance in these areas. These applications will be reviewed by the Missions Team of the Convention Council. Please provide as much information as possible about the need your church is experiencing and the background for consideration. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a response.
