The Crucible is offering scholarships for Family Workshops in Ceramics and Mexican Tin Ornament Making. This is part of our Family Series. Parents and guardians with children ages 8+ are welcome to apply with their kids and get hands-on making ornaments—just in time for the holidays! If you have young children, please plan to assist in the activity.  All activities will result in cool art projects to take home!

We prioritize scholarship awards to low-income households and individuals living in and/or attending school in Oakland and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) families. Scholarships are awarded to youth and adults based on the strength of their applications, financial need, and class availability.  We would love to host you in a class!
