North East School District School Reopening Survey **Important Information Below

**Please take a moment to complete this survey regarding your intentions for your child(ren)'s return to school on August 25, 2020. It is very important that each family fill this survey out for each child enrolled in the district by August 2, 2020. For instance, if you have three children in the North East School District next year, please fill this short survey out three times. Please review the parent letter and flyer that was mailed to you that explains the options. We have added the letter and flyer to the school reopening updates tab on the website. We also included a video from UPMC and IU5. We encourage parents to review this information before completing this survey. If you have a question regarding the options, please call your building adminstrators or the district office at 814-725-8671 before completing this survey. Please understand that information is changing daily and options may change as Erie, Warren, and Crawford County Superintendents meet and, additional guidance is provided by the Department of Education, and local and state Departments of Health.
