Terms #1: Spring Fling in Conestoga will be held on Saturday April 6, 2023 from 9am-4pm and with a rain date of Sunday April 7, 2023 with the same time. You understand that the vendor cost for the day is $40.00. Payment must be made to complete the registration process. Do you agree to these terms? *

Terms #2: You understand that this event is being held on the Conestoga Area Historical Society grounds and agree to be respectful to the buildings, grounds, and guests that will be there. You understand that you will be responsible for your own setup, take down and cleaning up after yourselves at the event as well as providing your own tables, chairs and tents. Do you agree to these terms? *

Terms #3: We will be advertising for your company on the event page once full registration is complete. If you would like to have images provided during your advertisement, you will be responsible for sending images to springflinginconestoga@gmail.com. If you should have any questions please reach out to the email above. Do you agree to these terms? *

Terms #4: I understand that due to Federal regulation changes, we are asking that payment be made either via check or money order if possible. We do not file the payments as they are provided to the Historical Society as a donation. Once the registration form has been submitted, you will receive an email with the address for payment to be sent to. Do you agree to these terms? *
