It is each Rotary club's responsibility to follow the Youth Services Policy ("Article 11") of the District 6540 By-laws. Article 11 includes guidelines for youth protection and transportation and may require specific types of background checks, as necessary. Article 11 and background check information (InCheck-background check company) can be found on the district's website. By participating in RYLA and submitting this form, you are agreeing that you and your Rotary club will abide by and accept responsibility for following Article 11 of District 6540 By-laws to ensure the safety of the youth you are sending to participate in RYLA. You acknowledge that it is the responsibility of your Rotary club to follow Article 11 and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rotary District 6540 and the District 6540 RYLA Committee.
