Please submit this by August 1, 2023 to secure your preferred time/day for the 2023-24 year. Once I've received your preferences I will reply with possible times and lesson amounts. Thank you in advance!

Fees:

1) Admin fee: $40 (one-time with first payment or $20 with each semester payment).

2) Lessons: $120/hour for registered students, paid per semester or per month. Workshops, master classes: $60/session (guests TBA). Casual lessons $150.

Rescheduling Policy:

1) Semesterly = 24 hours' notice required

2) Monthly and Weekly/Biweekly = 48 hours' notice required

Semesterly (1 payment in September 2023, 1 payment in February 2024)

Monthly (1 payment, first Monday of month)

Biweekly and Weekly (1 payment per lesson, due upon scheduling)

Casual/Unregistered (1 payment, due upon scheduling, lessons without specified plan = $150 per lesson)
