WSISD Band Private lesson scholarship interest form
By signing up on this form you are agreeing that if you are selected by the band staff to receive the scholarship you will sign your student up for lessons and use the band scholarship of $10 per lesson (one lesson per week with $10 being paid for by the band boosters towards the total cost of the lesson). Scholarships cannot be used for buddy lessons.
(***you must wait until you receive the confirmation email from your band director before the scholarship is approved. Any lessons taught before you receive the approved email from the band director are owed at full cost from the parent. Scholarships cannot be applied retroactively and it is only good for that school year and that summer. You must reapply each school year in August. Once you receive the approved email from the band director, contact the private lesson teacher to set up lessons.***)
