京都大学図書館機構では、調査・研究のため継続的に図書館を利用される卒業生の方に
卒業生カードを発行しています。
発行を希望される方は、以下の内容を確認の上、フォームに入力してご申請ください。
■ 卒業生カードの申請が【可能な方】

○ 正規学生で卒業・修了された方
○ 修士課程・博士課程の認定退学者
■ 卒業生カードの申請が【できない方】
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
× 京都大学に引き続き在籍される方
※進学・別身分（科目等履修生、聴講生、教職員等）で在籍される方
× 非正規学生（科目等履修生、聴講生、研修生等）として在籍された方
× 学部生の退学者
◇The students who is expected to graduate on March 31 can apply after March 14 and
receive the card after April 22.

Kyoto University Library issues library cards for graduates who continuously use the library for research.
If you need the card, please check the following and fill out the form to apply.
■ Graduates who CAN Apply for a Library Card

○ Those who have graduated
○ Students who have withdrawn from a master's course or doctoral course
with research guidance approval
■ Those who CANNOT Apply for a Library Card

× Students who are still enrolled at Kyoto University
× Students who are continuing their studies at Kyoto University,
or are enrolled as non-degree students, auditors, faculty members, etc.
× Students who have been enrolled as non-degree students
(non-degree students, auditing students, research students, etc.)
× Undergraduate students who have withdrawn from the University

・If you have any overdue books, you will not be able to receive your card.
* If you have overdue books, please return them all as soon as possible,
including those belonging to the other Kyoto University libraries.
・If you want to renew the card's expiration date, please come to the information counter
of the Main Library on the 1st floor from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays
with an identification document with your current address printed on.
