This information will not be shared with anyone except Afros & Audio, LLC and Afros & Audio Podcast Festival public relations staff. Afros & Audio, LLC will approve all Media Requests and Press Passes prior to the event. Granted pass holders will be notified and will only be issued to approved press/media personnel. Approval and press placement will be dependent on the event area.

No media will be allowed access to the festival without a completed form on file with credentials issued, which are non-transferable. A credential badge is valid only when worn by the individual to whom it was issued. Any transfer of credentials can and will result in the revocation of all of the organization/outlet’s credentials. In addition, future requests for credentials by the organization/outlet will be denied. ACCESS WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT APPROPRIATE CREDENTIALS. Proof of current working status required.
