About The Workshop
Sunday, May 23rd: ~ wear comfortable clothing. We will practice for approximately 30-40 minutes. Have a notebook, chair, yoga mat, and water handy for our yoga journey. We are going to breakdown the roots of the classic sun salutation, modify the aches and pains of chatarangas, move gently through supportive lunges, and play with downward dogs. During this interactive workshop, we'll work together, ask questions, move through asana, and gain tips and tools for enhancing our yoga practice.

All levels are welcome! Grab a friend to register and join us for a fun practice of yoga to awaken the mind, body, and soul.

Mondays 5:15pm ~ Unwind Flow ~ 60 min.

Tuesdays 12pm ~ Power Flow with weights ~ 45 min.

Fridays 9:15am ~ Wake Up & Renew Flow with weights (weights optional) ~ 60 min.

Sundays 10am ~ Yin with Meditative Movements ~ 60 min.

IN PERSON at BRIDGE YOGA Starting June 2nd!
Wednesdays 5:30pm ~ Slow Flow at Bridge Yoga ~ 60 min.
Sundays 9am ~  Yin with Meditative Movements ~ 75 min.

That I am participating in Yoga Classes, Outside Yoga Fitness Classes, Hiking, Nutrition, Meditation, Private Lessons, Health Programs, Healing, Quantum Healing, Empathetic TouchTM, Teacher Trainings and / or Workshops offered by Tess Conrad, Tess Conrad Yoga, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, health, healing, and wellness. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.                                                                                                                                                                                                           2. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit (and/or my child) and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Classes, Fitness Classes, Nutrition, Meditation, Healing Classes, Quantum Healing, Private Lessons, Health Programs, Teacher Trainings or Workshops.                                                                                                                                         3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Yoga Classes, Outside Yoga, Hiking, Private Lessons, Health Programs, Healing Classes, Quantum Healing, Teacher Trainings and / or Workshops, I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in the program.
4. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever releases, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tess Conrad or Tess Conrad Yoga for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
