As a prior Duluth City Councilor I had these coffees with folks who signed up as a form of constituent service. Now as a former Councilor happy to still have coffee and provide insight to the best of my abilities.  These are highly informal 45 minute coffee meetings. You drive the conversation, I'll listen.  All that I ask is that you provide me a name of someone else to have coffee with at the end
