***Currently, we are awaiting another shipment of Chromebooks from FCPS.  If you fill out this form, you will be put on a waitlist for a Chromebook and someone will contact you when one is available.


If your student does not have a device at home to access distance learning material, please complete this form.  Also complete this form if you do not have access to internet at your home.

*Please submit a separate form for EACH STUDENT at home that needs a Chromebook.
