5DP is happy to re-offer the popular session 1.14 Navigating Self-Care for Educators from the November 2023 PD Day on Monday, January 22, 2024, 3:15-4:30pm via zoom (hosted by 5DP).

Session Description: This session explores social emotional health for educators and their students. We will engage in activities that help give you perspective and build resilience and emotional health. Ways to build on Social Emotional Learning in your classroom will be shared and discussed.

This session will be limited to 60 participants. Seats will be filled in order of registration by google form timestamp. In the event the session fills, we will keep a waitlist. We will also record the session for those who cannot attend and provide access for a limited time after the session. This event is completely optional.
