MIS GOLF CAMP Interest Form 2024

Fore!  Look out for the return of the summer golf program!  This program is called the “M.I.S. Country Club” in conjunction with the Kids Golf Foundation.  This program will be for any 3rd through 5th grade student that attended Medinah Intermediate School during the 2023-2024 school year.  This is a non-profit, one week program that promotes the game of golf, learning the skills needed to play the game, along with many life skills that coincide with golf.  

The program is intended to give the students an opportunity to learn, practice, and appreciate the game of golf.  Equipment will be provided at the clinic so there is no need to purchase or bring equipment to participate in the program.

The program leader will be Mr. Boeing (MPS/MIS Physical Education Teacher) and Miss Spencer (5th grade teacher at M.I.S..   We will explore Top Golf, Links and Tees, Salt Creek, and Medinah Intermediate School.

When: Monday, June 3rd and will run through Friday, June 7th.

Time: 9:00AM -12:00PM

Pick up: Parents/Guardians will be required to pick students up at 12:00PM, as transportation will not be provided. 

Payment: PLEASE DO NOT TURN IN PAYMENT YET. There will be a $75 Registration Fee to participate in the program. Limit 15 participants or based on equipment availability. WHEN YOU GET THE ACCEPTANCE EMAIL WE WILL HAVE A LINK FOR THE ONLINE PAYMENT.
