Via this online form, you can fill in your personal details needed for the membership form. The form consists of three sections, which all need to be filled in order to complete the form.
Your membership is only official after you have received an e-mail from our secretary and signed a paper membership form.
Please note, this form is only to register at E.S.B.V. Buitenwesten. To be able to train, you also have to register at dms.utwente.nl. For more instructions on how to do this, check our website or email the secretary.

Which membership type would you like? *
There are two types of membership: half-year and full-year. There is no difference, except for payment and unsubscription possibilities. With the half-year membership, the contribution will be collected twice per year (€30,- per half year). It is possible to unsubscribe in February or in September. With the full-year membership, the contribution will be collected in the beginning of the year (around September, €60,- per year). It is possible to unsubscribe only at the end of the year. If you have any questions, please e-mail the secretary. When signing up in February, it is only possible to sign up as a half-year member
