The Fair on 44th is Lynnwood’s Health & Safety Community Block Party. We close 44th Avenue in front of Lynnwood’s Civic Campus and fill the street with vehicles to explore, demonstrations, and hands-on games and activities for families. Expected attendance is 5,000. The City of Lynnwood is accepting applications for vendors for the Fair on 44th. This is an informational and promotional event; no commercial sales allowed.

Vendor fee payable by check to the City of Lynnwood is due with submission of application; fee will be returned in full if not selected. Vendors will be notified by June 15th of selection.
 
Vendor selection priority will be given to city-partners, health and safety missioned organizations, and businesses and non-profits local to the City of Lynnwood as this event is and continues to focus on the health and safety of the community. Vendor selection will be made at the discretion of the Fair on 44th Planning Committee.
 
Vendors are required to carry commercial general liability insurance of not less than $1 million/occurrence and $2 million aggregate. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming the City of Lynnwood additionally insured for September 7, 2019 must be submitted by August 7, 2019.
 
The event will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 10:00am – 2:00pm. Partners will be expected to be set up no later than 9:00am, stay for the entirety of the event, and responsible for all power and water requirements.
