The St. Patrick Center Young Professionals board (SPC YP) is a team of emerging leaders in St. Louis who are dedicated to SPC's mission to combat homelessness. In the 2023 fiscal year, SPC served 4,223 individuals, provided 114,698 hot meals, and helped 644 households retain housing in the St. Louis region.
Whether through networking over beers at Irish Party, running in the Veteran's Day 5k, or cooking dinner for homeless clients at SPC HQ, SPC YP members serve as ambassadors within the St. Louis community for the care our homeless neighbors deserve.
Key Events
- SPC YP holds board meetings on a quarterly basis to discuss upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising initiatives
- SPC YP serves a monthly dinner to SPC clients within the Women's Night Program
- SPC YP supports broader St. Patrick Center events throughout the year, including the Irish Open (June), Veterans Day 5k (November), Christmas Wishes Program (December), and much more.
SPC YP board members are required to attend 75% of all board meetings, and are strongly encouraged to participate in SPC YP fundraising and volunteer opportunities.
