FOR DJs ONLY - How long have you been a DJ in Second Life?

FOR DJs ONLY - As this is a 90s club, we allow songs released between 1st January 1990 and 31st December 2001. Are you okay with this?

For DJs ONLY - Do you take requests and do voiceovers*? (While voiceovers are not mandatory, they add some 'flavour' to your sets. But again, they are NOT a requirement)

FOR HOSTS ONLY - Have you hosted before in Second Life? We make no issue if you are new to hosting. You will get proper training from A to Z.

FOR HOSTS ONLY - You will be required to greet people landing at the club, keep local chat going and promote both the DJ and the club's tip jars. Are you okay with this? More explanation on how we work will be given during the hiring process.

GENERAL - Communication will both be in the in-world VIP and Staff groups, as well as Discord. While joining the 90s Rewind Discord server isn't mandatory, it does make communication easier.
