Handshake is the premium platform for Gauchos to find jobs, internships, and career connections.

Handshake accounts for UCSB students in degree-seeking programs are created automatically. Students can log in with Single Sign-On with their UCSB NetID and password at https://ucsb.joinhandshake.com/login.

We also create accounts for UCSB faculty, staff, and post-docs upon request, and support UCSB alumni to access their previous account or create a new one. Select below the situation that best describes you and we will direct you to either provide us with information to create your account, or will provide links to further instructions on how to create an account.
