Use this form to register your PreSchool-5th grade camper for Banff's exciting summer of fun and learning! For multiple students, please complete a new version of this form for each camper.

The Banff Summer Camp is open to students entering grades PreK (3yrs & 4yrs) to 5th grade in fall, 2020. All campers must be potty-trained.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to class size limitations, June and July Summer Camp is full. However, please still complete this form if you are interested in your student attending camp so your name can be placed on a waiting list. If a new camp class is able to be formed, we will contact you right away to complete registration.
