Hamilton Grant Application
Visit Hamilton OH is an organization focused on promoting Hamilton as the destination of choice for travelers to the Cincinnati region. As a part of the mission, the organization administers a marketing grant program. This grant program expands marketing reach for Hamilton-based events.

Grant applications are reviewed on a semi-annual basis by the Board of Directors of Visit Hamilton OH in May and November each year. Grant applicants are notified on the status of their applications after each review cycle. Fund awards are used for visitor marketing activities in support of the event and are placed by Travel Butler County. Funds are not distributed directly to event recipients.

  • January – June events:
    • Deadline for Application Submission: November 1
    • Notification of Award: November 30
  • July – December events:
    • Deadline for Application Submission: May 1
    • Notification of Award: May 30
Awards are at the sole discretion of the Visit Hamilton OH Board of Directors. Visit Hamilton OH requires complete award applications to be submitted by the deadline in order to be considered.
