Thank you for your interest in The Champion Childcare Program at Pell.   We offer a high-quality before and after school licensed childcare program for students attending the Pell Elementary School in kindergarten through grade 4.  Our program has earned a 5-Star Rating, the highest rating, by the RI Bright Stars Quality Rating System http://www.brightstars.org/.  

Champion Childcare at Pell is managed by the Newport Family and Child Opportunity Zone which is a division of East Bay Community Action Program.  The NFCOZ works in partnership with Newport Public Schools to provide wrap-around programs and support for children and families.

Program Hours of Operation (subject to change based upon approved school hours):
Morning Care 6:30-8:30 am, After School Care 2:45-6:00 pm

Please note: Enrollment is not final until you are provided with a confirmation letter.  We charge a $30 registration fee per child to enroll and this must be paid before your child can start. We will contact you after we receive your enrollment form to make arrangements for you to pay the fee.
