Responsibilities

• Produce detailed blog post outlines
• Produce how-tos, tutorials, user guides, and knowledge-base content.
• Write code snippets associated with articles
• Put together high-quality documentation and education materials to boost user experience on digital platforms.

Requirements
No prior experience is required but it will be welcome. However, the following are required;

• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
• Excellent, clear, clean, accessible writing; an obsessive eye for consistency and technical accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders internally and externally.
• Experiencing with coding languages, including Javascript and or Python
• Ability to thrive, without much oversight, in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
