CGS | Young Disciples | Edge | Life Teen - Parent Survey

We understand that families are having to make lots of difficult decisions these days, and our ministry leaders want to be a support to you.

With school and other activities resuming, we are hopeful that we will be able to offer faith formation for our children and youth in new and creative ways. Diocesan guidelines, as well as those of CDC, will be followed and every precaution taken to keep children/youth safe.

If you have children currently between the ages of 4 and 12th grade, please answer the questions below. This will be a great help to our ministry leaders as we plan for Fall 2020 and beyond.

How many children in 1st-5th grade do you have? (These children would be in Young Disciples)

How many children in 6th-8th grade do you have? (These youth would be in Edge - Middle School Youth Ministry)

How many children in 9th-12th grade do you have? (These youth would be in Life Teen - High School Youth Ministry)
