"Workers Rising Everywhere" - Application to join Maine AFL-CIO Team
Submit this form to apply to be part of the Maine AFL-CIO team participating in the "Organizing for Power- Workers Rising Everywhere" online class led by Jane McAlevey. This will be an international class with workers and organizers from around the world. You will hear and learn from experienced organizers of successful mass participation campaigns. The class will include opportunities for you to interact with each other on the Maine Team as well as with the global participants.

o CLASSES are on
TUESDAYS for TWO HOURS
Choice of 12noon OR 8pm series
You choose ONE time series -  same time each week.
May 18 through June 22
(May 18, May 25, June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22)

o MAINE TEAM DEBRIEFS are on
THURSDAYS for ONE HOUR- Time TBD  
There will be TWO options each week - based on responses below.
May 20 through June 24
(May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24)

All classes are online on ZOOM. If you need help learning to use Zoom in order to access the classes, we can help.

There is no charge to participate in the class but we do ask that you commit to being an active member of our local team. You should plan to attend ALL of the classes and AT LEAST SOME of the debriefs. Talk with Cynthia before applying if this is not possible but you want to participate in some other way.
