The Hays High School Band Booster Organization would like to announce our returning Mistletoe Market Fundraiser on Saturday, December 02, 2023.
The event will be held in the beautiful Jack C Hays High School Music Building at 4800 Jack C Hays Trl in Buda, Texas from 9:00am until 2:00pm. This year will include Vendor Booths of all kinds, Hot Cocoa, Tamale Sales, Silent Auction, Door Prizes, a Canned Food Drive, Concessions and a Visit from Santa. All proceeds from the booth fees, silent auction and concessions will benefit the Hays High School Band and Guard program.
We invite you to participate as a vendor and/or sponsor and very much look forward to making this another successful event. Businesses may reserve a 10’ x 10’ booth space outdoors for a $40.00 fee. Event will be held rain or shine, we will move indoors if needed. We will have an assortment of vendors with items to sell, as well as vendors that would just like to pass out information and offer a game or something fun for the kids. Applications must be submitted no later than November 18th and payment must be made within 48 hours. Our events tend to fill up quickly, so it would be best to send in your completed application as soon as possible to ensure you get a booth. We will not have two of the same direct sales type companies, it will be first come first serve. No Refunds once your application has been accepted and vendor fee paid (unless we already have your company represented).
