Coaches and Volunteers who will review student-written legislation as part of preparation for the 2023 National Tournament. Each reviewer will be asked to review and rank 20 to 30 pieces of legislation. Reviewers should evaluate legislation holistically -- taking into consideration the content, formatting, uniqueness, and cultural competency.
