Refund Policy
- Under New York state law, the Client has the right to request a refund for unused sessions in the event of termination, based on a pro-rated calculation.
Right to Cancel
- The Client has the right to cancel within 72 hours of signing, receiving a full refund of any fees paid.
Consumer Protections
- Phit Nation complies with New York’s consumer protection requirements, including full disclosure of terms, fees, and session validity.
Data Protection
- All personal and fitness data collected will comply with New York State privacy laws, ensuring confidentiality and protection of information.
