Stella Online Store (SOS) is a service we've put up in response to the COVID-19 restrictions to help seafarers purchase essential and other recreational goods from the city. To cover the Centre's procurement and delivery costs, we will be applying 10% mark up on each order. We will try our best to fulfil each item for you but there may be instances that specified products are unavailable, instead we will provide alternatives for your confirmation. Should there be any changes on your list, please contact the Centre immediately. Cancelling of orders or items may be done provided that the Centre has yet to purchase them, otherwise, the customer must pay for them. Total order cost will be provided a day before the delivery.
