Our Networking Session will invite Professional Engineers to have open-circle chats with graduate and undergraduate students to learn about how ace interviews, relief fear of being 'overqualified', and prioritize human safety as the cornerstone of their careers. Participants will learn about how to obtain PEO membership, navigate challenging interview scenarios, and how to ask for help. We will also cover the importance of building an equitable environment for female and minority engineers.
