Experience in ISO 27001 readiness and implementation

Experience in IT general controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance assessments is a must

Excellent understanding of information security concepts, principles, and best practices required

Risk management experience (Good knowledge of risk management, its purpose, and approaches. Ability to evaluate risks and create risks management plan)

Incident management experience

Strong knowledge of BCP/DRP process

Experience in driving programs necessary to achieve compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations (i.e. ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR or equivalent certifications)

Strong experience in penetration testing/vulnerability assessment

Proven track record of IT security audits/projects implementation

Ability to develop information security policies and guidelines and derive security requirements from them

Understanding OWASP Top 10. Ability to describe vulnerabilities, ways of exploitations, and fix methods

Understanding of vulnerability management. Knowledge in vulnerability scanners. Ability to validate scan results and provide recommendations

Ability to develop and conduct security trainings and workshops

Ensure legislative compliance of Information Security and Personal Data Protection Policies

Ensure compliance with applicable security related legislation and contracts

Understanding of practical information security (technical investigation of incidents)

Willingness and ability to perform internal penetration tests

Experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, API's, etc.

Strong working knowledge and understanding of information security frameworks (IS027001, ISAE3000/SOC2, SOC1, GPDR and PCI DSS)

Strong knowledge of security services and processes

Candidate must be proactive and can-do attitude, ability to multitask

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external contacts

Interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to communicate security and risk concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Strong self-motivation, ability to deliver results under a limited supervision

Team management skills
