5. CAMP SPACE Your camping area will be assigned by the camping manager. If you have any special requests, please reach out as soon as possible.

6. PRIMARY CAMPER Each campsite will designate a primary camper, who will be the main point of contact with the camping manager. This person is responsible for:

  • Rules: The primary camper must ensure all campsite members understand and abide by the camping and Faire rules. We request that these rules be enforced within your campsite, as everyone is equally accountable for compliance.
  • Site Maintenance: Keep your campsite free of litter throughout the Faire. Dispose of trash in designated dumpsters and stow your cords/hoses if you're using power and/or water for safe mowing of the area.

  • Quiet Hours: Observe Quiet Hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM every night.

  • Pets: If you bring pets, register them with the camping manager and provide a copy of your pet's current vaccination record.

  • Site Check-Out: Coordinate with the camping manager for final inspection of the campsite before departure and return of your camping deposit.

7. VEHICLES Vehicles for tenters may only be on site for loading and unloading purposes. If there is room for a vehicle at your RV, you may park there, but final approval will be granted by management. All other vehicles must park in participant parking. There is no assigned parking areas for participants but there is for staff. Please do not park in the staff parking area.

8. PETS Pets must be registered with the camping manager and a current vaccination record provided. Management reserves the right to deny any pet for any reason.

If you paid for the installation of your own plug in the past, that space will be honored for your use.

Other rules concerning Electrical:

  • You must have a minimum of a 12 gauge electric cord with a ground pin and draw no more than 110 volts @ 20 Amps.
  • If you require more power please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

  • You may not use electric heaters or air conditioners in a tent.
  • Electric blankets are permitted but are limited to one per tent.
  • Any days that you are not paying for electricity you are required to unplug from the electrical service: This includes RV's. Weekday use of electricity, even for just running refrigerators, is considered a camping night and will be charged for.

10. SOCIAL GATHERINGS We enthusiastically promote community building through various after hours activities, including gatherings, garb swaps, movie nights and parties. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please seek approval from the Camping Manager before organizing such events. It will be mandatory for a single individual to take responsibility for the event to insure rules are adhered to and the area the event is held is cleaned up and faire-day ready.

11. UNAUTHORIZED CAMPERS Inform the camping manager of any new additions to your encampment immediately. Inviting non-Faire participants (spouses, significant others, young children are ok) to visit or camp is strictly forbidden.

12. RV & TENT CAMPING

  • RV CAMPING: Charges for RV camping are based on the number of nights you indicate on the form. We kindly request that you bring your RV only if you plan to use it during your stay, as space is limited. Please be aware that any weekday use of electrical service is considered a camping night, whether the participant is physically present on-site or not. To avoid additional fees, RV users are required to disconnect from the power supply on days they are not physically on site.
  • For tent camping, please include the tent dimensions and submit a picture of your tent to camping@ctfaire.com. For tent campers, charges are based on the number of nights you indicate on the form. Please note that tent campers are allowed to leave their tent setup during non-camping days. However, to avoid any additional fees, it's essential for all tent campers to unplug and stow their electrical cords on nights they are not actively camping.
