Mason InterVarsity Fall Retreat Registration
Fall Retreat is a chance to get away from campus and bond with your new small group & the rest of the IV chapter over one awesome weekend!

When: Sept. 30-Oct. 2, 2022

Where: Highland Retreat Center in Bergton, VA (approx. 2 hours from campus)

Cost: $50 (includes meals & stay for the weekend!) if registered by MONDAY SEPT 26 at 11:59pm. If registering between 9/27-9/30 cost is $75. Cost remains $50 for freshmen regardless of date registered!
$30 non-refundable deposit required to hold registration at time of submitting this form.

In consideration for being accepted and allowed to participate in this retreat and activities associated with its programs and location, I personally assume responsibility for my actions, and release InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA (hereafter IVCF), its trustees, employees, and agents from loss, injury, risks associated with Covid-19, or damage to myself or my property: provided that nothing herein shall excuse IVCF from responsibility to act with reasonable care for the safety of myself or my property. Should any dispute or controversy arise, I agree to seek resolution according to Biblical principles through the Christian Coalition Service or other appropriate ministry of reconciliation.  I certify that I have signed this release voluntarily.
