Tome Society 2025-2026 Annual Chapter Registration
Please submit this form to register your chapter for the 2025-2026 school year. AFTER submission, you will receive an email with your Chapter Dues Invoice. The chapter registration fee is due to Tome Society by the date listed on the invoice. You may choose to pay by check or debit/credit card. Please be sure that emails coming from tometeam (at) tomesociety.org are not blocked or going to spam.

School/Chapter Name *
Please type full school or organization name. For homeschool chapters, this can be your homeschool name or family name.
Chapter Adviser's Name *
Please include you chapter adviser's first and last name. This must be an adult. If you are a homeschool family/co-op, this is the person in charge.
Adviser's Email Address *
Please include adviser's email address. Check for correct spelling. This address will be used for all chapter communication.
Secondary Email Address *
Many school system email servers block the software that Tome uses to send emails. Please provide a secondary email address so you can be sure to get all pertinent information. We suggest creating a chapter Gmail account. Ex: for Main Street Elementary, you could create "mainstreetclubtome@gmail.com".  
Chapter Level *
Schools/organizations with multiple chapter levels will need to submit separate registrations & dues for each level.
