AAS Solar Eclipse Planning Workshop Oct 2022 - Vendor Application
The American Astronomical Society (AAS) Solar Eclipse Task Force will host a solar eclipse planning workshop Friday-Saturday, October 21-22, 2022, at the RMSC (Rochester Museum & Science Center)

Vendor tables will be available for the workshop weekend, but are limited. Vendor tables cost $500, which includes registration for one person; additional registrations cost $150/person. Once approved as a vendor, you will be provided with registration instructions.

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed and a member of the RMSC staff will be in contact with you. All applications will be reviewed on a first come first served basis.
