Alter Set Up & Decorating - Friday, Nov. 1st 11am - 2pm - Set up Workshop Room, Decorate the Workshop Room, Create Alters, Hang Signage
Morning greeter - Saturday, Nov. 2nd 9am - 11am -Collect door prizes, Remove tape from booths that are set up, Help with morning door rush at the door, Spread love
Front Desk Helper - Saturday, Nov. 2nd 9:30am - 2pm - Help with tickets, keep count of attendance
Workshop Room Coordinator - Saturday, Nov. 2nd 10am - 5pm - Greet workshop presenters, Keep workshops on time, Give workshop presenters 5 minute warning, Keep chairs tidy between presenters
Roaming Healers and Light makers - Saturday, Nov. 2nd, 11am - 3pm - Talk to participants, Help exhibitors to take bathroom/food break, Help ground people that may be experiencing energy overload, Clear energy in the room, Be a friendly face
Floating Helper - Saturday, Nov. 2nd 3pm - 6pm - Help with door, Check washrooms & garbages, Take a look at overall cleanliness, Spray down tables in lounge area, Welcome people in for free from 5pm - 6pm
