Thank you for your interest in having Cajun Feast host your fundraising event! Fundraisers are easy to organize and fun to attend! Earn 15-20% of supporters’ sales for your charitable cause! There are now two ways to enjoy the benefits of hosting a fundraiser: - Dinning In - Takeout Orders
Getting Started
- Fill out the information below to request the date and location for your event.
- Please have the organization's Tax ID / Employer Identification Number (EIN) available.
- Once this fundraising request form is submitted, we will contact you and confirm the event within 72 hours.
During Your Fundraiser
- Supporters of your organization must present the flyer (either physically or digitally) while dining in our restaurant or picking up takeout.
After Your Fundraiser
- Your organization will receive a check for 15-20% of the total sales from your supporters’ checks within 21 business days after your fundraiser has been finalized (excluding alcoholic beverages and happy hour specials).
Here’s how the percentage works:
$500 in sales = 15% donation to your group
$501 or more in sales = 20% donation to your group
*Orders placed directly on 3rd party platforms such as Grub Hub, Door Dash, Uber Eats, Postmates, HungryPanda, Muncho, and XiaoCun do not count towards your fundraiser.
