2nd SRUK/CERU Cancer Research Networking Day - CNIO, Spain (18/09/2023): Abstract Submission
Thank you for your interest in presenting your work at the 2nd SRUK/CERU Cancer Research Networking Day.

In 2019, SRUK/CERU successfully launched the 1st Cancer Research Networking Day in Manchester, which was attended by over 100 Spanish and British researchers and collaborators.

2nd SRUK/CERU Cancer Research Networking Day takes  place on September 18th, 2023, in Madrid at the National Cancer Research Center (CNIO), a leading research institution focused on advancing the understanding of cancer biology and developing innovative cancer therapies. The networking day will provide an opportunity to bring together experts from diverse backgrounds and fields of expertise to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and foster new collaborations in the areas of liquid biopsy, immunotherapy and cancer stem cells.

Additionally, we would like to invite all scientists working on liquid biopsy, immunotherapy and stem cells to speak about their research and learn firsthand about the latest advances in this field. The call for abstracts for short talks (5 min talk followed by a Q&A) is now open.

Furthermore, if you are a SRUK/CERU member, you can also apply for a microgrant to cover part of your travel expenses (application through the Member Zone). If you would like to become a member, you can also do so here.

All contributions must be in English and directed to a broad research audience of very different backgrounds. If you are not an SRUK member yet, it is not a problem! You can have your first experience with SRUK during our SRUK/CERU Aging and Diseases Conference. Everyone is welcome to submit an abstract (brief introduction on your research field, the work performed and conclusions of it, max. 200 words).

To proceed with your registration, please fill in the following form. We will contact you shortly indicating if you have been selected for a talk. If you have not done so yet, please make sure you register to attend the symposium through EventBrite using the following this link

Deadline for abstract submission: 13th September 2023.
