20-21 Company Interest Questionnaire and Info
**** PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DETAILS BELOW! ****

We would love to expand our Company program for this upcoming season and would like to gauge the interest before we start solidifying details.

This questionnaire by no means commits you to anything company related. We just want those interested to understand the importance of the extra commitments required by the company program, and it will let us know who's truly interested.

PLEASE read through & acknowledge the information below if you / your child have any interest in taking their dancing to the next level!
