Thank you for your interest in our program! The Spiral Sessions aims to serve organizations by creating a better environment in the workplace- between colleagues, as well as between departments.

By reflecting on the organization’s corporate social identity, responsibility and intelligence, we learn how to make informed adjustments to emergent challenges, and to thrive by adapting to the changing times with tools of personal and group transformation.

The circle has more wisdom than any individual. Spiral Sessions encourages the value of collective wisdom, instead of top-down communication. In addition to team building, the Spiral Sessions intends to be an experience that deepens bonds between the team members, creating empathy and compassion, as well as forging a sense of unity and cohesion, expanding connectivity within your team in the workplace and beyond.
