Thanks for your participation in our directory! It is an “opt-in” directory : If you choose to participate then you will receive a directory.  If you choose not to participate then a directory cannot be given to your family. This is the only opportunity to have your information in the school directory and thus the only opportunity to obtain a school directory for the 2021-2022 school year.  We will accept the responses on this form until Sept. 10th and then a grade level directory will be sent to the email address you respond with.
