GET EXCITED! Registration for July 2024 Supergirl Summer Camp is Officially Open!

Do you have a young girl between the ages of 7 to 13? We would love to have her join us the week of July 8th - July 12th. Please proceed to fill out the online form below for your child to be considered for enrollment in the camp. Upon approval of your submission, we will send you an invoice for payment. 

We have limited our summer camp for up to 100 girls. Girls are accepted "first come first serve" of receipt of applications. We will have a waitlist for cancellations. Your child must be at least 7 years of age prior to the start of camp (July 8th, 2024).

COVID WAIVER: 

In consideration of being allowed to participate on behalf of the Supergirl Summer Camp, Inc 501c.3 program and related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to  COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my child's participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe and any unusual or significant hazard during her presence or participation, I will remove her from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Supergirl Summer Camp, Inc. their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY APPROVING IT, AND APPROVE IF FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

FOR PARTICIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE (UNDER AGE 18 AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION)

This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian, with legal responsibility for this participant, have read and explained the provisions in this waiver/release to my child/ward including the risks of presence and participation and his/her personal responsibilities for adhering to the rules and regulations for protection against communicable diseases. Furthermore, my child/ward understands and accepts these risks and responsibilities. I for myself, my spouse, and child/ward do consent and agree to his/her release provided above for all the Releasees and myself, my spouse, and child/ward do release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees for any and all liabilities incident to my minor child’s/ward’s presence or participation in these activities as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent provided by law.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY RELEASE WAIVER:

As the parent/legal guardian of a child/children attending Supergirl Summer Camp, I understand that my child(ren) may be photographed or recorded via videography during the camp. I grant permission for Supergirl Summer Camp, Inc. 501c.3 to use such photographs, videos, interviews, et al. solely for the purposes of the non-profit's promotion, education, and marketing of future non-profit related functions, fundraisers, and events. I understand that these photographs may be used either in printed materials and/or digitally on the Internet (social media pages and/or the non-profit's website). I understand that there will be no payment, royalties, or compensation for me or my child's participation in this release.

2024 Camp Registration Fee: 
As the parent/legal guardian of a child/children attending Supergirl Summer Camp, I understand that the registration fee of $275 is to be paid in full within 15 days of receipt of invoice following approval of this application to secure my child's participation in the 2024 camp.*

*If you have more than one child attending, we will be offering a $75 multi-camper discount OR if you will also be volunteering (minimum 8hrs) with us during the week of the camp, we will be offering a $75 discount.

NOTE: Only one discount may apply. Not eligible in addition to Low-Income Qualified Households.

Partial Registration Fee Sponsorships via Individual Sponsors or Corporate Sponsors may be available to a limited number of campers who are qualified "low-income households" and who can verify. ONLY if you qualify, please check yes and will be reaching out for further details and requested verification.
