We’re not able to offer a refund / credit for player’s last minute cancellations or “no show”.     2) SAFETY PROTOCOLS & REQUIREMENTS:  ESA will conduct this program under the capacity restrictions & safety advisory by the facility & government. Players & Parents are required to follow all the safety guidelines. Parents may be required to drop off their children and not to stay in the premise. ESA may not be able to accommodate all of your grouping requests due to the reduced group format.  3) WEATHER POLICY : We hardly ever cancel our sessions even if it rains. However, once lightning is detected, we have to head for a sheltered area and wait until there’s no lightning. If we have to cancel a session, we’ll inform you 1 hour in advance.
