My clients are required to record short video clips using their mobile/cell phones of themselves whilst performing their workout sessions. This ensures they are executing the exercises with good form in order to create the best sculpted physique possible for stage. Are you prepared to do this? *
Nutrition/Diet for comp prep is strict, often mundane, repetitive and will get stricter, the closer you get to show day. Are you ready and prepared for this? *

My comp prep services do not come cheap. Work is very detailed and NO refunds are offered under any circumstances. My comp prep programs are all bespoke, written solely by me, for each individual client. Are you ready to invest in yourself,  and your journey to stage? *
I offer comp prep programs durations that range from 12 weeks, 16 weeks &-20 weeks-Unless you are in a relatively good starting position, a 12 weeks prep is NOT usually long enough time for many to get to the standards I have for my comp prep clients.   Please note: I will require you to send me over pictures once I receive this form and  believe you will be a good fit for my comp prep services.
