ALL-AKRON STUDENT ENGINEERING PROGRAM
The vision of the AASEP is to achieve its mission through the three “E’s”:
 
Exposure:       provide a work-shadow opportunity for Akron high school juniors/seniors who                            
                        have an interest in STEM fields with AWR! firms.
Experience:    provide hands-on experience to Akron high school students attending the                            
                        University of Akron and majoring in Engineering or Construction Management                              
                        with firms that are working on the AWR! Program.
Employment:  hire graduates from the AWR! Student Engineering Program to work for Akron                            
                         firms that are working on the AWR! Program. This would include paid
                         internships and Co-Ops.
