We look forward to seeing you at FlightSimExpo this June 7-9 in Orlando! The information provided on this form will be used by the staff at Boston Virtual ARTCC to help coordinate BVA member activities during FlightSimExpo. Participation in BVA community activities is entirely optional. BVA members are not required to complete this form in order to attend FlightSimExpo, but it is the only way to be involved with BVA Member activities (like dinners and other events).

Please provide an email address you check daily. Conference updates will periodically be sent to that address, including very important day-of information as we near the dates of the conference.

When will you be arriving in Orlando for FSExpo? *
How will you be traveling to Orlando for FSExpo? *
If you are driving to FSExpo (or renting a car while in Orlando), how many other members can you fit in your car? *
There may be some off-site member events where transportation will be needed. If you are driving yourself to the event, or renting a car while in Orlando, we'd really appreciate your help in shuttling those without a vehicle around, if needed.
Will you be staying at the event hotel (Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld)? *
If you prefer to stay nearby, we totally understand...just be aware that most members will be staying in the Renaissance and it is unlikely we will be able to arrange transportation from any of the other hotels.
Will you be available to help with setup on Thursday? *
On Thursday afternoon, we'll be preparing conference bags and badges.
Will you be around for dinner on Thursday night? *
Depending on the number of those arriving on Thursday, there may be an unofficial member dinner on Thursday night.
Will you be available to help with setup on Friday? *
Setup will run all day Friday (7am-6pm, or so), any help during that time frame is greatly appreciated
Will you be around for dinner on Friday night? *
Will likely occur around 6:30/7pm on Friday at the conclusion of setup. Casual and relaxed, after a hard day of setting up.
Will you be around for the BVA Member and Volunteer Thank You Dinner on Saturday Night?
The official BVA Member Dinner will take place at the conclusion of the FSExpo social event, and food will be provided at no cost to BVA members and guests who are able to volunteer at some point over the course of the weekend. If you are not able to volunteer, you're welcome to attend dinner, but will be asked to pay your share of the food and beverage.

This includes your spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend, or anyone else you brought with you to FSExpo that is over the age of 13.

Do you plan on bringing your ATC or flying setup to FSExpo? *
We are looking for a few BVA members to bring their flying and/or ATC setups to the conference. If you would like to bring yours, indicate that below, and someone will reach out to you.

All who answer correctly will receive an incredible price of unspeakable value from Evan in Orlando. (Note from Evan: I did not agree to this!)
