This award was created to annually recognize and honor that individual within the Ohio District of Kiwanis who has made the most outstanding contribution to the entire Ohio District of Circle K.

Rules governing this award are as follows:

1. Those individuals, who are neither salaried Kiwanis Officials nor Circle K members, shall be eligible for this award.
2. Individuals may not be recognized with this award more than once.
3. Individuals may be nominated by members of the Ohio District of Circle K District Board or any Ohio Circle K club president.
4. Recipients will be selected by the Ohio District Board for announcement at District Convention.
5. If, in determination by the Ohio District Board, no qualified nominees have been submitted, then the award shall not be given that year.
