Maternity/Childcare Leave Survey
Hello,

thank you for taking the time to consider participating in my survey about going on maternity and/or child care leave. 

I have just gone on Maternity Leave for the third time (and second time I will take childcare leave afterwards) with the same company. Each time left me with questions, with the wish for more, better and more efficient support and information. 

Working in HR, I always think about how companies can make things easier for their employees.

If you were to share your experience, it might become the start of highlighting that going on maternity/childcare leave is its own special phase - for both the momma-to-be, their supervisor and manager, their team mates and the company. I believe there is room for improvement and would love to know if others think so, too.
