London MuslimFest Vendor Application 2023
This application form is London MuslimFest, taking place on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at  Islamic Centre of Southwest Ontario (951 Pond Mills Rd, London, ON N6N 1C3)

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at MuslimFest London this year! Please see below for our bazaar process:  

Bazaar Process: 
  1. Interested vendors to complete application form 
  2. MuslimFest Bazaar Management team to review applications 
  3. Approved vendors will be contacted to process booth payment and provided with bazaar forms for completion - they will be informed of their assigned booth number at this time 
  4. Vendors will have one week to complete the payment and forms to confirm their spot (if this is not completed on time, their spot will be offered to another vendor)
Confirmation emails will be sent after receiving entries through this form.

All food vendors will need to provide a copy of their Halal certification.

Vendor fee for non-food vendors: $325+HST
Vendor fee for food vendors: $496+HST

Booth includes: 1 table and two chairs; vendors are asked to bring their own tents or MuslimFest can rent them a tent at cost.

Electrical Requirements: List the appliance name, purpose and AMPS of any electrical equipment you will need onsite.
Limited electricity is available onsite and is not guaranteed to all vendors. Priority will be given to food vendors and strict usage will apply so as not to trip breakers onsite.
Propane: Will you be bringing any equipment that requires propane/propane tanks onsite? If yes, what will you be bringing and what will it be used for?
Have you been at any MuslimFest events in the past? If yes, please list which one and which year.
