2020-21 Middle School HIV/AIDS (KNOW) Prevention Education Opt-Out (grades 5-8)
In accordance with Washington State law (RCW 28A.230.070), Battle Ground Public Schools offers instruction in HIV/AIDS prevention to all students in grades 5-8 enrolled in health-fitness courses. Students must be excused from this curriculum annually. EACH YEAR, parents/guardians must opt out their children from this curriculum by completing the questions below. Please fill out a separate form for each child currently enrolled in middle school.
